Swim, bike, run in paradise at the Coral Coast Triathlon and celebrate 36 years of one of Queensland’s longest running Standard Distance triathlons.

Enjoy racing and exploring one of Australia’s most treasured destinations.

  • Earn participation points (7-11) or series points (12+)
  • Earn points towards the Nissan Club Championships or Scody Club Championships – North Queensland (depending on club geographical location)

How to earn points

To earn points in the Nissan State Series you need to race in the correct event for your age group. Use the tabs to find out which event to enter for your age group at the Coral Coast Triathlon.

Ages 7-11 years (as at 31 December 2017)

Event: Aquathlon

Points: Participation

Distance: 250m run / 100m swim / 500m run

Ages 12-13 years (as at 31 December 2017)

Event: Enticer

Points: Series

Distance: 300m swim / 10km bike / 2km run

Ages 14-15 years (as at 31 December 2017)

Event: Sprint

Points: Series

Distance: 750m swim / 20km bike / 5km run

Ages 16 + years (as at 31 December 2017)

Event: Olympic

Points: Series

Distance: 1.5km swim / 40km bike / 10km run
