  • Queensland Championships – Cross Triathlon (12+ only) (7-11 are non-Championship races)

How to earn points

To earn points in the Nissan State Series you need to race in the correct event for your age group. Use the tabs to find out which event to enter for your age group at the TreX Sunshine Coast.

Ages 7-9 years

Event: Dirt Kids

Points: Participation

Distance: 50m swim / 1.5km bike / 500m run

Ages 10-11 years

Event: Junior

Points: Participation

Distance: 150m swim / 4km bike / 1km run

Ages 12-13 years

Event: Junior

Points: Championship

Distance: 150m swim / 4km bike / 1km run

Ages 14-15 years

Event: Sprint

Points: Championship

Distance: 400m swim / 9.5km bike / 3.5km run

Ages 16-17 years

Event: TBC

Points: Championship

Distance: 400m swim / 9.5km bike / 3.5km run

Ages 18 + years

Event: Standard

Points: Championship

Distance: 1000m swim / 19km bike / 7km run
